Full electrical installation as part of a property renovation.

The client is a local Worthing landlord, who has a portfolio of rented commercial and domestic properties across West Sussex.

Brief

This project involved a domestic dwelling that needed to be rewired and refurbished above a commercial entity.

We delivered the following works:

• Make safe the existing electrics for all the properties above the shop
• Disconnect and strip out all old electrics and cables
• Supply temporary site feed for builder’s safe use during works
• First-fix wiring of first and second floor flats and communal staircases
• Fitting of smoke/fire alarm systems throughout units
• Install emergency lighting in communal staircases
• Second-fix electrics for first and second floor flats and communal staircases with built in PIR sensors
• All lights were energy efficient LED to aid longevity whilst minimising running costs
• Full testing and certification of all works carried out to NICEIC approved installation specifications
